This setting is in the future from the BDB books. The fight with the Lessers has improved but there are still many fights left ahead. The story takes place once again in Caldwell. This story line DOES NOT need to fallow the storyline of the books! Please make your OWN characters! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use correct terms...we do not have a Nyx in this RP we have the Scribe Virgin and the Omega(instead of saying Oh Goddess...say Dearest Virgin in the fade..ect)

Bio: Tru found Laust raped and beaten on a curb. He took her in and nursed her back to health even knowing what she was. They have a deep friendship though it is not love. People often think they are mated.

Bio: Laust keeps the secret that her father had a one night stand with a symphath and created herself. She hides well in society but when the rest of the vampire higher ups she runs a casino that is open only at night. Using her symphath abilities for the local gangs and mobs to make money on the side. Before she owned the Casino she was raped and beaten by human men. That is when Tru found her.

Bio: Havhock is a warrior in the black dagger brotherhood. He is the descendant of the brother Zsadist, and seems to have gotten his attitude. He doesn't really care for anyone or anything and most of the other brothers think that's what the Scribe Virgin did to him when he crossed her. He prefers to use claw like weapons.

Bio: Kaena was born into aristocracy and doesn't know much more then it. She would love to be able to just be a normal vampire but her family will not allow it. Her brother is a warrior by the name of Havhock and he helps her sneak out as a normal vamp who goes by the name of Kira in bars.

Persona: With nothing soft about her, Enhvy (Pronounced 'Envy') hides behind her deranged past.
Bio: Trusting only one male (named Phoyson), Enhvy has returned to Cadwell in search of answers about her family. Her mother, Serenity, was at one time a loyal member of the Chosen who dedicate their lives to the Scribe Virgin. When given the choice, Serenity came to live on Earth and lost everything when she was ruined by a pregnancy. Not that she lived to realize this fact, because she died giving birth to Enhvy in the secrecy of the mountains. Enhvy was taken by her father, Shadow, to a rogue camp. Where she was raised with mostly males, she has had little to no chance to explore anything remotely feminine and has survived only by learning life's basic lesson :: kill or be killed. Enhvy wouldn't mind killing her father, if she could ever find him...

Race: Vampire (1st son of Phury and Cormia)
Status: To Be Brother (but has not completed the induction yet)
Gender: Male
Persona: Lavished with love, taught everything by his father, Phury and mother, Cormia...he has been smothered in rules and regulations. Learning everything that is proper for his roles in society and in life, Phoyson (pronounced Poision) finally snaps. In his rebellion, Phoyson creates havoc for not only his family...but also himself.
Bio: When visiting the Scribe Virgin for the first time, Phoyson took everything he knew about being proper and threw it out the window, making a fool of his father. The Scribe Virgin pronounced him to be like a snake in the grass and 'true to his name' she left him with a curse...not much different from Rhage's curse. Phoyson is cursed with a duel form, a deadly venomous snake and whenever he acts out disobeying the rules he knows, he transforms into a massive cobra. After being cursed, still in his cobra form, Phoyson fled for the mountains and ran into Enhvy, who was actually in some trouble herself, at the time. Phoyson attacked the group of boys, scattering them and leaving Enhvy safe from what could have been a gang raping. After saving her, the two become best of friends and now Phoyson sees that sometimes doing the right thing...is in fact the best thing.

Laust stood in the door way of her retreat. It was deep in the mountain range known as the Adirondacks. She made sure that it was far far away from the place where the Chosen were kept. That was for the best because she only came here when she couldn't keep her symphath side nailed down with drugs. Gasping for breath she stumbled into to the log cabin landing against an end table. She lifted her head and caught sight of her reflection in the golden framed mirror. Red! Her eyes were glowing red...

Tru showed himself behind Laust. The shadow was never far from her side...hell if he wasn't in sight as himself then he was always in sight as her shadow. With the golden swirl around his body still in affect he made eye contact with the female. "Control yourself..." He whispered to her. "We all have darkness within but we never give in..." He whispered again his eyes closed. "Control yourself."

My borther and i always liked trying to sneak out so we could go be free. we usualy met at the fountian. i was in my normal clothes. here goes nothing., i thought. i humped out the window.


where was my sister? ugh. why did girls take so long? if she doesnt show up in the 5 minutes im leaving without her.

i saw her coming. when she got to me i asked her what took so long. she of course rolled her eyes at me.

"We dont go out often and i like looking normal instead of like a Princess. Duh." i knew it would make him mad but whatever. "lets go" i said to him.

"women" i muttered. we headed off for the local club.

Having the door slammed in my face was not great for my temper and I knew, that she knew, exactly what she had done. Forcing myself to wait until she left, I promptly punched a head sized whole in the cabin door. "F$ck!" I bellowed, pulling my hand back and letting the blood flow freely down my arm. Watching the dust cloud that her so called motorcycle left in it's wake, as Enhvy drove down the gravel road. "F$ck." I said softly, wondering what in the name of the Scribe Virgin I could have done to talk sense into that woman's thick headed skull. I knew the answer was 'nothing,' but that did not make me feel any better. Focusing on the mountain range I knew as home, I dematerialized to the Adirondacks.

My sensitives ears picked up the roar of my best friend even though I was already well on my way. It wasn't like I wanted to hurt him, but he needed it. Stupid male should have realized he had no say in my future, I thought to myself. Determined to find out anything I could about my past, I settled in for a long ride to Cadwell.

Materializing again far from my home, special thanks to anger and not really wanting to talk to my parents, I found myself out in the middle of nowhere. Then I heard something that made my blood run cold, a woman's scream. Sh$t, I thought and ran in full out sprint in the direction of the sound. It wasn't far from my current location, just south. I descended upon a log cabin at a furious speed and smashed open the front door. The scene before me was of a dark headed male pushing a female against a mirror, she looked beyond upset...she looked otherworldly, like nothing I had seen before with eyes of pure fire. I was enthralled. "What the F$CK is going on here?" I rumbled, my voice resonated deep and dark in the silence.
